The processing of wood into sawn timber, wood pellets or various individual solutions is the core competence of Holzindustrie Hassel. The use of wood for heating purposes is ours.
For the heat supply of the newly built pellet factory of Holzindustrie Hassel in Stockum-Püschen, we were allowed to implement a hot water boiler system, which we realised in lightweight container construction.
When constructing a plant with a lightweight container hall, the highest possible flexibility is taken into account right from the design stage. One advantage for the customer is that only the base plate has to be erected on site. The boiler house can then be erected on site in a very short time and the plant handed over ready for use, as the individual elements are delivered pre-assembled and pre-wired. For maximum fuel flexibility, our AGRO moving grate firing system was installed together with our AGRO Turbo-Challenger.
