Conveyor technology

Flue gas cleaning
Typically, waste gases from biomass systems are cleaned before leaving the plant via the system via the chimney, depending on customer requirements. Multi cyclone systems (centrifugal separators), electrostatic precipitator systems, baghouses, etc. are used for flue gas cleaning.

SNCR
In selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR), urea reacts with harmful nitrogen monoxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) from the flue gas to form harmless nitrogen (N2) and water.
Turbo Tube Cleaner
The AGRO Turbo Tube Cleaner was developed for the internal cleaning of flue gas pipes in heat exchangers.
Furnaces
Dust Burner – dust firing
The solution for dusty/dust-containing fuels. The AGRO Dust Burner is a combination of a feed grate furnace and an underfeed stoker.
Feed grate furnace
Our feed grate furnace is equipped with a special high-performance grate system. Depending on the capacity of the furnace, the grate systems are equipped with the high-performance grate U1 or W1.
Low NOx
With our patented low-NOx combustion, a reduction of nitrogen oxides is already possible in the combustion process without the adding of additional reducing agents.
Turbo Challenger
With the AGRO Turbo Challenger® it has become possible to economically utilise even difficult fuels, such as contaminated wood, green waste and uncontaminated waste wood.
Turbo Dust Cleaner
Due to the combination of a hydr. feed grate furnace with cyclone fluidised bed combustion, the thermal utilisation of very demanding biomass, such as green waste, forest residue, contaminated bark, etc., is possible without any problems.
Turbo Pellet Burner – pellet furnace
The AGRO Turbo Pellet Burner is optimised for the highly efficient thermal utilisation of industrial pellets.

The AGRO thermal oil boiler was specially developed for the use of biomass-fired systems.
Warm and hot water boiler
The AGRO warm/hot water boiler is designed as a 3-pass smoke tube boiler and was specially developed for the use of biomass-fired systems.
Control technology
Boiler control
Our furnaces are fed with fuel depending on the output. The electronic control and regulation system developed exclusively for our furnaces guarantees that the fuel is continuously conveyed over the entire grate surface from charging to burnout.
Boiler house management
AGRO boiler house management is a control system adapted to the specific needs of the user, which regulates the performance of individual boiler systems.
Efficiency Booster
The AGRO Efficiency Booster enables optimum combustion control with the best possible efficiency for a wide range of fuels and outputs (W 15–55%; P 20–100%).
Process visualisation
AGRO uses a modern and convenient process visualisation system as the communication medium between the operating personnel and the system.
