Biomass heating from AGRO at the Wörthersee

Even though the first snowflakes are already appearing all around and trickling softly from the sky, Krumpendorf is prepared for the cold.

Because the Carinthian holiday and recreation resort on Lake Wörthersee is now also heated with an AGRO system. The new biomass boiler with an output of 2 MW was put into operation and now provides cosy warmth in some local households even in the depths of winter.

Thanks to the grate design of the AGRO feed grate firing system, inhomogeneous and challenging biomass fuels can be utilised in the best possible way. The automatic boiler tube cleaning system also ensures that the flue gas temperature remains constant. This optimises the efficiency of the boiler.

More information about our AGRO firing systems can be found here.
